Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order, no questions asked.

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of use may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Return
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order number. We will guide you through the return process and provide all necessary instructions.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are free. We provide a prepaid return label upon request.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been issued.

Wrong or Defective Items
If you received a wrong or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, simply return your item and place a new order.
