2. Processing and Shipping Times

Order processing — All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days following payment confirmation. 


3. Delivery Costs

At Shin Guard, we believe great service shouldn't come with extra costs. We offer free delivery on all orders with no minimum purchase requirement, no delivery fee , and absolutely no hidden taxes or charges.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this number at any time on our dedicated tracking page to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time.


5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, we recommend taking the following steps. First, check the latest status of your shipment using the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email. If the estimated delivery date has passed, please allow an additional 48 hours to account for any carrier-related delays. Should your parcel still not have arrived after this additional period, please reach out to our customer service team so we can investigate on your behalf.

In the event that a parcel is officially declared lost by the carrier, we will offer you the choice of either a full replacement order or a complete refund — whichever you prefer.


6. Order Modifications and Cancellations

We begin processing orders promptly after confirmation, so if you need to make any changes or wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it or modify the delivery address.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives in a damaged condition or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing a photo of the product and its packaging. Once we have reviewed your case, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly and ensuring your complete satisfaction.
