Return and Refund Policy
At Shin Guard, we take great pride in the quality of our products. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions. It must be in its original, unused condition — unwashed and showing no signs of wear. It must be returned with all original accessories and in its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase, such as your order number, must be included.
Please note that any product showing signs of damage resulting from misuse, accidental harm, or general wear and tear will not be accepted for return.
Regarding exchanges, we do not offer direct product swaps. If you would like a different item, simply return your current order and place a new one.
How to Return an Item
If you would like to proceed with a return, please follow these steps. Begin by contacting our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return. You will then receive full instructions, including the return address. Pack your item securely and send it using a tracked shipping service. Once your parcel has been received and inspected, we will confirm its condition and process your refund within 7 business days.
We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation. Please be aware that Shin Guard cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Return Shipping Costs
If you received a damaged item or there was an error with your order on our end, we will fully cover the return shipping costs and offer you either a replacement or a complete refund, based on your preference.
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or an ordering mistake, the return shipping costs are your responsibility as the customer.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and successfully inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been issued.
If you have not received your refund after this timeframe, we recommend checking with your bank or payment provider first, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, please don't hesitate to contact us.
